Odd Fellows Home, Jackson, Mich.  207,383

Post marked Redford, Mich.  May 26, 1910.  Addressed to Mrs. Lemuel Weaver [Effie Lee Weaver] 94 Tyreman Ave., Detroit, Mich.

“Dear Effie,  It will be not possible to come in today for Pearl [Churches] takes her music lesson, but if nothing happens I will come Saturday.  Ora [Lee Churches]”

Not sure how fast Aunt Ora expected this post card to make it to great Grandma.  But, sending it to say she would not be coming TODAY was putting a lot of faith in a 1¢ post card.
