There is not date on this card.  Based on postage requirement, it is before 1917.  What is really great is that it is in either my Great Grandfather Weaver’s handwriting ot that of my Great Grandmother Weaver.  Will have to see if there is a card in the collection that is definatively signed by one or the other.
