Birthday greetings to my Great Grandfather Weaver from his brother, William Powell Weaver’s wife.  She was apparently in charge of the family remembrances.  Based on the postage requirement printed on the card (Domestic One Cent, Foreign Two Cents) this card dates from prior to 1918.
