“Dear Eff,  Aunt Alta [Alta Griffin Lee, wife of Albert Lewis Lee, Charles Norton Lee’s brother who was Effie’s father] is to my house.  We are quilting her a quilt.  I am going to have Myra [Hannah Almira Lee Churches, Effie’s sister] and Ett [Marietta Lee Wright, Effie’s sister] come tomorrow Tuesday.  If you can come out you had better come.  Ora [Ora Lee Churches, Effie’s sister]”

Command from Ora!  Can always tell a post card from Aunt Ora — she spelled Tyreman her own way.
