“Feb 8, 1912. Dear Aunt – How are you and all the rest? We are getting along fine. Momma [Marietta Lee Wright] and Esther [Esther Rebecca Wright, Mae’s sister born 1 Feb 1912] are getting along nicely. Yesterday Aunt Ora [Ora Lee Churches] was up to-day. Mary [unknown reference] and Grandma [Esther Jenks Lee] are over. Well I must close for it is about for the mail man. So long. Mae W. [Mariam Mae Wright]. [Apparently, she missed, because across the top is written] Monday, Feb. 12, 1912. Momma is up this afternoon. Stella [Estelle Wright, Mae’s older sister] and I have washed. Mae W.”
