“Will be in Sat if nothing happens.  Will be at Boul [Grand Boulevard stop] between 4:30 and 5:30.  Best Wishes.  From, Irene [Jenks]”

I imagine, Grandpa was waiting at the stop for his cousin to arrive.   It seems this was a meeting that was long in the planning.
