Loving tablets are not necessary

No post mark.  Addressed to Mr. Lee Weaver, 94 Tireman, Detroit, Mich.

“This is going some”

Someone wrote 2¢ where the stamp would go.  Maybe the post card itself was wishful thinking on Grandpa’s part?  Maybe intended to send to Grandma in Columbus to let her know she had better beware of potential ready competition?

About Pat Shaul

Genealogist / Family Historian; Blog started as a record of my Grandfather's post card collection which ran for 15 months. Then, in June, 2017, I changed over to reporting and commenting on notifications from the ANCESTRY app "We're Related" I then started to provide snippets into ancestor biographies on the dates that were significant anniversaries.
