Many merry Christmases, Many happy New Years. Unbroken friendships, great accumulations of cheerful recollections and affections on earth, and heaven for us all. – Dickens.      

No post mark [Not mailed].  No addressee [message covers both sides of card]

“Mr. Lemuel Weaver. Hope you are well.  I wish you a Happy New Year and a very prosperous one.  Your sister Christeen W. Schwartz [Christiana Weaver Rinehart Schwartz]”

There is no date on this card, but the postage requirement is: One Cent Domestic, Foreign Two Cents.  Aunt Teen and Uncle Charlie [Charles W. Schwartz] were married in 1913.  So, after 1913, before 1918.
