Chief Justice John Curtis Marshall as my 6th cousin, 6 times removed, or maybe one less.  Gotta love the the way We’re Related matches lineages up.   Our MRCA, Anne Borlase (1558-1627) had two sons: William Isham (1587-1627) and William Isham (1587-1626).   Now, I understand these twins must have been a shock to Anne, but she could not come up with unique names?   Must have been confusing around the house!  And the boys died one year apart!  No wonder We’re Related thinks they are separate people instead of incorrectly recorded dates.  So, maybe, 5th cousins, 5 times removed with MRCA being the split death date William?
