Patsy Cline — Country Legend but not mine.

PatsyCline

We’re Related informed me that Patsy Cline was my seventh cousin, four times removed.  I have no idea where they dredged up the lineage line that took us to the MRCA, Thomas Richardson (1649-1712), but NO ONE REALLY LOOKED AT IT:

Hannah Prindle, my 6th great grandmother (documented) is supposed to have had Nathan Prindle as her father even though he was born 22 years AFTER her in 1722.  Not bad enough?  Her grandmother, Mary Richardson, was born 7 years AFTER Hannah in 1707. Whoever put this together gets a big NO!.  PS – Hannah’s father was John Prindle (1658-1734) which We’re Related seemed to figure out for the next notification (see tomorrow’s post!)

About Pat Shaul

Genealogist / Family Historian; Blog started as a record of my Grandfather's post card collection which ran for 15 months. Then, in June, 2017, I changed over to reporting and commenting on notifications from the ANCESTRY app "We're Related" I then started to provide snippets into ancestor biographies on the dates that were significant anniversaries.
