Post marked Redford, Mich.   May 22, 1910.  Addressed to Mrs. Effie L[ee] Weaver, 94 Tireman Ave., Detroit, Mich.

“Dear Aunt,  Did you go to Ohio?  If not wish you would write and let us know. Grandma [Esther Jenks Lee] is feeling about the same.   Stella [Estelle Wright, daughter of Marietta Lee Wright]”

The family of Effie’s husband, Lemuel Weaver, lived in Ohio.  The family made many trips back and forth.  These trips included visits to their friends, Casmear and Phebie (Gardner) Koontz — the parents of Lee’s future wife, Florence.
