Post marked Columbus, Ohio, Aug 29, 1912.  Addressed to Mr. Lemuel Weaver, 94 Tireman Ave., Detroit, Mich.

“Cinti. O.  8-28-12  Why did you not come.   Aunt Rose was greatly disappointed.  The grandest time though was in Columbus.  You are missing half of your life.   Christeen R. [Christiana Weaver Rinehart, Lemuel’s sister].

Aunt Teen was giving Great Grandpa Weaver, what for!   Not sure who Aunt Rose was, unless she was referring to their older sister Roseanah Weaver Fisher who would have been Aunt Rose to Lemuel’s son, Lee.

About Pat Shaul

Genealogist / Family Historian; Blog started as a record of my Grandfather's post card collection which ran for 15 months. Then, in June, 2017, I changed over to reporting and commenting on notifications from the ANCESTRY app "We're Related" I then started to provide snippets into ancestor biographies on the dates that were significant anniversaries.
