“Do you know that Redford Stars [Redford Chapter of the Eastern Stars] are to help F. Stars do it to 5 victims Jan 22.  Better come in the morning and stay all night – see us in style.  Get off at Otis then back to the first st on your right and first house on st.  See it.  Mary.”

These Eastern Star women were very secretive.  Not sure what this project was with Farmington?   From family records, most of the family through Effie’s generation belonged to the Masons or the Stars in Redford.
