Best Wishes – 1909

Best Wishes.

No post mark.  No addressee.

“Ypsilanti 1/11 ’09.   Dear Friend: — Well the school that I attended in Detroit went broke, so I am up here trying to make out.   This is a fine little town.  If you write me  address me at the Cleary Business School, Ypsilanti, Mich.  Yours as ever, L. Weaver [Lee Weaver]”

This was probably prepared to be sent to Grandma Florence [Koontz].  It is a great piece of information since it sets the time for when Grandpa Lee started at Cleary Business College and why he went there.

About Pat Shaul

Genealogist / Family Historian; Blog started as a record of my Grandfather's post card collection which ran for 15 months. Then, in June, 2017, I changed over to reporting and commenting on notifications from the ANCESTRY app "We're Related" I then started to provide snippets into ancestor biographies on the dates that were significant anniversaries.
