Cousin Francis goes up my well documented Botsford line and into the Camp line ending with our MRCA, Mary Canfield (1625-1733) – the, as yet, undocumented mother of my 8 times great grandfather Samuel Camp (1645-1763). The line shown for Francis is also minus any pesky PRIVATE entries. Francis’ actions in the Civil War were the earliest that resulted in the Medal of Honor being awarded. Need to add this to the TO DO list – and yes, it is growing by leaps and bounds.
