A Village Stream – 1910

A Village Stream  – 3413.

Another post card that appears never to have been sent by Grandpa [Lee G Weaver], but addressed to Miss Pearl Churches, Redford, Mich. R F D #4.

“May 31, 1910.  Say Pearl, I guess you better ask your mother [Ora Lee Churches] to go to the Conservatory of Music Thursday night.  I am about all in today.  Went on the Parade yesterday and guess I got more cold.  I am almost in bed.  So, guess you better get Mother to go with you.  Please give my Regrets to Estelle [Wright, another cousin] & West Lake. E.  LW”

Not sure if Grandpa made it to this recital with his cousin, Pearl or not.   Or, if she got the word he was too sick to come.

About Pat Shaul

Genealogist / Family Historian; Blog started as a record of my Grandfather's post card collection which ran for 15 months. Then, in June, 2017, I changed over to reporting and commenting on notifications from the ANCESTRY app "We're Related" I then started to provide snippets into ancestor biographies on the dates that were significant anniversaries.
